REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT

At Manea Swim, we take pride in providing high-quality swimwear and appreciate your understanding of our return policies. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases at this time; however, we do offer store credit for returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGES

We understand that finding the perfect fit or style can be tricky, so we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit on full-priced swimwear and apparel, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags and hygiene liners still attached.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit.

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

If these conditions are not met, Manea Swim reserves the right to refuse the exchange or store credit.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit is valid for 4 years from the date of issue.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help.
Please email maneaswim@gmail.com immediately with the following:

  • A copy of your purchase receipt

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

After reviewing your case, we will determine whether a refund, store credit, or exchange is appropriate.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been processed.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale or discounted items are final sale.
This means no refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for these purchases. Please choose carefully.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Domestic (Australia): Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

    • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International: Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

    • Delivery timeframe: 5–7 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your local government. These are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
